NestArcade 的原创作品、收录游戏、引擎、字体、图片和音频分别依其来源与许可使用。本站托管不等于本站原创；开源代码许可也不自动覆盖作品内全部图片、商标或音乐。

不同游戏可能使用合成音效、原项目音频、Creative Commons 素材或其他获准资源，并非全部来自同一音乐网站或采用同一许可。请优先查阅每款游戏内的 LICENSE、THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES、CHANGES 和来源入口，以及下方保留的许可记录。引用历史条目时以具体资源和许可证为准。

1. Original Games / 本站原创游戏

本站目前明确标记原创的目录入口为：鸡蛋回家、鸡蛋回家（英文版）、黄金方块、星星消除、霓虹恐龙快跑、数独、赤霄纪、轻松归位、蓄力跳跃、弧光出逃、拧螺丝。鸡蛋回家含两个语言入口。这些作品可能使用有独立许可的引擎、字体和素材；具体声明以每款随包记录为准。Water Sort 不在原创清单中，继续保留 Sazooka 署名。

2. Open-Source Games / 第三方开源游戏

下表保留第三方开源游戏的历史来源与许可记录。版权属于相应原作者；具体素材和本地修改仍应查阅逐款说明。

• MineWorld (方块世界) — open-source voxel sandbox, released under the MIT License by its original author. The author states the project is for learning and sharing; if the original author objects to its use here, contact us and we will remove it immediately.
• Slash Saber (斩剑武士) — endless slashing game by honzaap, licensed under the CC-BY 4.0 (Attribution 4.0 International) license. Commercial use is permitted with attribution to the original author.
• Cave Runner — 3D endless runner by tope-olajide, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Bull Rush (公牛冲刺) — 3D neon skill runner by winznx, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; its optional online features are provided by the original author.
• T-Rex Runner (恐龙快跑) — the Chrome offline dino runner by wayou, released under the BSD-3-Clause License. Commercial use is permitted with the license notice retained.
• Syntax Runner (节奏方块跑酷) — a Geometry-Dash style rhythm platformer by Konatsu13, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Robot Runner (机器人跑酷) — a Phaser endless runner by gasb150, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Kandi Runner (糖果跑酷) — a canvas endless runner by straker, released under the MIT License (full license text included in its README). Commercial use is permitted.
• SkiFree '91 (滑雪小子 91) — a canvas remake of the classic 1991 ski game by warboy176, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Infinite Mario (无限马里奥) — the endless Mario platformer by robertkleffner (based on Notch's original), released under the Unlicense (public domain dedication). Commercial use is permitted.
• Doodle Jump (涂鸦跳跃) — the vertical jumper by kubowania, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Void Runner (虚空跑酷) — a 3D parkour game by kamalesh404, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Cube Runner 3D (3D 方块跑酷) — a Babylon.js endless runner by TiagoSilvaPereira, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; its background music is by Eric Matyas (matyas.ca) and remains credited inside the game folder.
• Crossy Road (过马路冒险) — a Frogger-style 3D dash by Sadat-Rakib, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; it uses Three.js loaded from a public CDN.

3. Music / 音乐素材

部分历史游戏的音频记录署名 Kevin MacLeod（incompetech.com），采用 CC BY 4.0。该署名仅适用于对应游戏及其 CREDITS.txt 所列的具体曲目，不概括其他游戏。其他作品可能使用原项目音乐、不同 Creative Commons 许可或合成音效。
