Copyright and licenses

Original games, curated games, engines, fonts, images and audio retain their respective ownership and licenses. Hosting a game does not make it a NestArcade original; a source-code license does not automatically license every image, trademark or music track in it.

Games may use synthesized audio, upstream audio, Creative Commons material or other permitted resources. Not all music comes from one provider or shares one license. Consult each game’s LICENSE, THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES, CHANGES and source links, along with the retained records below. Resource-specific terms take precedence over a broad historical summary.

1. Original Games / 本站原创游戏

The catalog entries explicitly marked original are: Egg Run — Chinese edition, Egg Home — English edition, Golden Blocks, Star Match, Dino Run, Sudoku, Ember Oath, Cozy Reset, Hold & Hop, Ribbon Escape, Screw Studio. Egg Run has two language entries. These works can include separately licensed engines, fonts and assets; consult their bundled notices. Water Sort is not in this original list and retains Sazooka's credit.

2. Open-Source Games / 第三方开源游戏

The following games are third-party open-source projects. Their copyright belongs to their respective original authors, and we list them with their licenses:

• MineWorld (方块世界) — open-source voxel sandbox, released under the MIT License by its original author. The author states the project is for learning and sharing; if the original author objects to its use here, contact us and we will remove it immediately.
• Slash Saber (斩剑武士) — endless slashing game by honzaap, licensed under the CC-BY 4.0 (Attribution 4.0 International) license. Commercial use is permitted with attribution to the original author.
• Cave Runner — 3D endless runner by tope-olajide, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Bull Rush (公牛冲刺) — 3D neon skill runner by winznx, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; its optional online features are provided by the original author.
• T-Rex Runner (恐龙快跑) — the Chrome offline dino runner by wayou, released under the BSD-3-Clause License. Commercial use is permitted with the license notice retained.
• Syntax Runner (节奏方块跑酷) — a Geometry-Dash style rhythm platformer by Konatsu13, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Robot Runner (机器人跑酷) — a Phaser endless runner by gasb150, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Kandi Runner (糖果跑酷) — a canvas endless runner by straker, released under the MIT License (full license text included in its README). Commercial use is permitted.
• SkiFree '91 (滑雪小子 91) — a canvas remake of the classic 1991 ski game by warboy176, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Infinite Mario (无限马里奥) — the endless Mario platformer by robertkleffner (based on Notch's original), released under the Unlicense (public domain dedication). Commercial use is permitted.
• Doodle Jump (涂鸦跳跃) — the vertical jumper by kubowania, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Void Runner (虚空跑酷) — a 3D parkour game by kamalesh404, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted.
• Cube Runner 3D (3D 方块跑酷) — a Babylon.js endless runner by TiagoSilvaPereira, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; its background music is by Eric Matyas (matyas.ca) and remains credited inside the game folder.
• Crossy Road (过马路冒险) — a Frogger-style 3D dash by Sadat-Rakib, released under the MIT License. Commercial use is permitted; it uses Three.js loaded from a public CDN.

3. Music / 音乐素材

Some earlier game audio records credit Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) under CC BY 4.0. This attribution applies to the specific tracks listed in those games’ CREDITS.txt, not the entire collection. Other games use upstream music, different Creative Commons licenses or synthesized audio.
