1. Scope and contact

This policy covers NestArcade pages and games hosted at https://www.xuyang666.com/. Contact the site operator at zzxxxyy93@gmail.com. Third-party projects, external games and download sites may have their own policies.

2. Website delivery and technical records

You do not need a NestArcade account to browse. Vercel hosts and delivers the site. Requests involve technical data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information, which may be used for delivery, security, troubleshooting and operation. This information may relate to a person or device. Technical records are processed and retained according to delivery, security and troubleshooting needs and the hosting provider’s applicable terms.

3. Browser storage and game progress

The site uses browser facilities such as localStorage for language preferences and saved games and articles. Individual games may use local storage, IndexedDB, caches or cookies for settings, high scores and progress. We do not provide a shared cloud-sync service for those records. Clearing site data, changing devices, using private browsing or restricting storage can remove or prevent saves. You can clear records in your browser's site-data settings; deleted progress may not be recoverable.

4. Google advertising services

The production domain has a Google AdSense loading script and site connection configured. A script does not mean the site is approved or that ads will always appear. Actual behavior depends on account status, location, user choices and settings. When Google advertising services are used, Google and its partners may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, device or other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising services. Where permitted and with any required consent, data may also be used for personalized advertising.

5. Privacy choices and consent

You can manage cookies, permissions and stored site data in your browser. Where the site displays an advertising privacy message for your region, use that message and its settings entry point to manage choices. Non-essential storage and personalized advertising must follow applicable consent requirements. Reading this policy or continuing to browse does not replace consent required by law or platform rules. 6. External games, links and asset requests

Some games are hosted externally or request developer services, leaderboards, fonts, audio or other assets. If you email us, we and the email provider process your address, message and any attachments to respond, investigate problems or handle rights requests. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or unrelated sensitive data. Messages may be retained as needed to handle the issue, meet obligations and resolve disputes. 8. Visitor analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views, visitors, referrers and device categories. The service does not use analytics cookies. Vercel processes technical request information to produce aggregate statistics; see its analytics privacy information. We do not intentionally submit names, email addresses, game saves or free-text searches. Our integration removes URL fragments and unnecessary query parameters from measured page addresses. Browsers that enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track do not load our visitor analytics. Browser blocking and plan limits can affect collection; these reports are not a complete list of visitors. Before adding forms or other data services, we will review their behavior, update disclosures and obtain consent where required.

9. Children and general audiences

The site offers casual content for a general audience and does not require children to register or provide information. Friendly artwork does not mean every game suits every age. This statement does not replace advertising and privacy measures required for child-directed content. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and act.

10. Security, requests and updates

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the operator about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests available where you live; we will assess the applicable scope and what is needed to respond.
